bringin' my sexy body back

Last night my friend Tiffany and I decided to go on a no junk food/be healthy kick. So here are the simple rules: NO JUNK FOOD. NO FAST FOOD. WORKOUT 3 HOURS/WEEK. loser buys lunch. SO if anyone sees me going for the ice cream or M&M's, slap my hand and hand me a banana :) So far so good though, a few times today I almost lost but I remember at the last minute. my friends and I used to do this all the time in high school and we would go for a couple of weeks, so I'm hoping we can make it till Thanksgiving and then we can eat the extra calories and not gain a pound, good plan huh?

If this works and you do find your prebaby body, don't spread the word, it will crush too many other girls! Actually, I am surprised, you look thin as ever from what I have seen!
