Today we took Braunson to the MTC. It's kinda crazy now because they don't have a program for the families like they used to so we just dropped Braun off at the curb and had 30 seconds to say goodbye. I think it helped better emotionally.
We then took off to Nevada and drove about 4 hours to Elko to spend the night. I was in such AWE by how big the GREAT SALT LAKE once was, The sand from where there used to be water who knows how long ago went on for more than half of our drive. It weirded me out for some reason. Oh and we saw the Morton Salt Company, never knew they got their salt from the GREAT SALT LAKE.
Bentley did super good on the drive today though, she slept about an hour into it and then woke up and was a happy camper. Tomorrow we're off to Reno! Circus-Circus Baby!

Lucky you to have a goo reason to go u there and "cool" off for a short time. Have a fun safe trip.Babies do have a way of redefining vacations, don't they? she sure is a doll, and her hair is growing! Fun times ahead!
Sounds like you are having lots of fun! Keep on enjoying your trip... I miss all of you already!
Sounds like it will be fun! Interesting note, Sam's family took Jacob up to the MTC a few weeks ago and they told them that the curb drop off was because of a swine flu breakout. They weren't allowing any families inside. Pretty crazy!
