Good Ol' Christmas!

Christmas was another success this year! For Christmas Eve we went to Brodee's grandparent's house and ate Enchiladas and then just hung out and played Rock Band. We then went home and put Bentley to bed and then went to work playing Santa Claus, it was so fun. We got her a learning kitchen/family room thing so we set it up so that she could play with it when she woke up. Of course we forgot to buy batteries for it but it was still playable.

I kind of decided to make it our new little tradition to fill each others stockings every year instead of buy each other presents. Brodee agreed to it so that was the plan. Well I totally thought that he didn't get me anything for my stocking because nothing was said about it after the day we decided, but I didn't really care because he's a boy...enough said...haha. So on Christmas Eve after he had gone to bed I filled his and hung it by our tree and then went to bed. Well I was pleasantly surprised in the morning when I walked into the living room and saw my stocking hanging next to his! He is like the best secret keeper ever when he wants to be! So we had fun looking in our stockings together. I think that tradition is a keeper!

After Bentley woke up we showed her her new toy and she loved it, she just sat there and discovered different things about it until it was time to go. We went to Brodee's parents Christmas morning and then my parents that evening. Brodee's mom got her the cutest little car ever. She LOVES it. She would stay in it all day if we let her. Brodee got the bright idea to print out the Bentley sign and tape it on the hood of the car so now Bentley has her very own Bentley. It's so stinkin adorable. She thinks she is HOT STUFF when she's driving it!
